Well the snow continued to fall,
but thankfully there were some great people in the mood for some good music
in a great new venue. A giant stage, great sound system, and room to dance
in the isles made for a fun night. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who braved the snow
to come out. That was just cool. The good news is it will be easier to keep
tabs on the Rose as Dave will be
designing
a web site for the in the near future.

These folks know Colin Cook our first keyboard player. We waltzed down
memory lane about the time he got arrested 5 seconds before we started
playing in Wadsworth (See the
history).
I dunno, what song you want to do? No I don't know "the final
countdown..."
As the theatre just reopened in December there
are some minor heat issues to be worked out, but this grouped reminded me
I was in "Tropical" medina (the temp was a smidge cool).
Ryan: Do you know the bridge to take me to the
river?"
Ben: "Do we play that song?"
Linda and Ellen are big fans of music (all the
way from Kent). They were here for opening night. You buy a membership for
$55 and see folks like Bo Didley, Rick Derringer and more..
Ed and Rob burn it up "Bootleg Horn" style
while Dave does his imitation of "Drew" in the movie Deliverance.
Then Jimi Hendrix showed up and we all dropped
acid. Actually this is from the stage (so you know you can't see a thing).
