| OK, someone is trying to kill The $ugar Daddies. First we get asked to play in the middle of a lake (on a dock, but being that we need electricity....), then we play a private party where the back yard is covered in hay, including the giant FIRE PIT, that they were throwing GASOLINE on, and now this gig the stage lights were all plugged into an outdoor extension chord that got so hot it SMOKED. A couple more minutes and were could've sang "Let me stand next to your fire." This was an interesting night as The Pub is right next door to another club, with both clubs having outdoor parties (including DJ's that played music so loud you could hear it in PA). Everyone was out celebrating the Football Hall of Fame. |
